A quick tidy of the room, sinks cleaned, tubs cleaned, shower walls wiped and glass cleaned, toilets cleaned inside and out, front surfaces of cupboards, towels tidy, mirrors cleaned, baseboards dusted, window sills and blinds dusted, small garbage cans emptied.

Kitchens :
Quick tidy of the room, a dusting of window sills & blinds, front of stove & top surface cleaned, front of fridge cleaned, outside of appliances cleaned, counters cleaned, front surfaces of cupboards wiped, sinks cleaned, mats vacuumed shaken out, patio glass door cleaned if weather is above 0, microwave outside cleaned. All small movable objects pulled out to clean behind on counters.

All services are flat rates, extras will be an additional fee agreed upon for a specific date. All basic cleanings are offered as bi-weekly, monthly, or a one time for reasons like a move in/ move out or a real estate staging.

This includes the top two floors of the home, if its a bungalow all floors included, if it is a 2 story the top two floors would be included. This service should take an average of 1.5 - 2 hours to complete with a team of 2.

Extra
This is an add on to a home you wish to have a basic home cleaning of. This can take up to an additional 1 hour for the service. The price will reflect the size of the basement and what's included. A low rate would be an unfinished basement with no bathroom, a higher rate would be an additional apartment that includes an additional bathroom and kitchen.

Move In Or Out
This is a basic home cleaning that will include a few extras such as cupboard clean out and window wiping if requested. The price will reflect the size of the home and what the client wishes to include. This will take approximately 2 - 3 hours with a team of 2.
